1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

3. Add Vegetables

Stir in the sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the spinach has wilted.

4. Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and squeeze the juice of the lemon over the shrimp and vegetables. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.

5. Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

6. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
