Prepare the Peppers
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the Italian long hot peppers and carefully remove the seeds, making sure not to tear the peppers.

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, chopped red bell pepper, grated Romano cheese, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Peppers
Using a spoon, carefully stuff each pepper with the prepared filling. Make sure they are well packed.

Prepare for Baking
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
