Sundae Preparation Steps

Make the Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on medium speed until it starts to thicken. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue to whip until soft peaks form.

Assemble the Sundae
In a serving bowl, place two large scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle the homemade chocolate sauce over the ice cream.

Add Whipped Cream
Top the ice cream and chocolate sauce with a generous dollop of the homemade whipped cream.

Garnish
Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top of the whipped cream as desired.
