Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and hot peppers, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add Clams and Shrimp

Add the fresh clams and shrimp to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the clams open and the shrimp are pink, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Calamari and Haddock

Stir in the calamari and haddock, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Add Pomodoro Sauce

Pour in the pomodoro sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.

  6. 6

    Combine with Linguine

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the seafood and sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve hot.
