Pork Chop

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Rub the pork chop with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Chargrill the Pork Chop

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chop for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the chosen sauce (Peach Bellini or Marsala) over low heat until warmed through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Place the cooked angel hair pasta on a plate, top with the grilled pork chop, and drizzle with your choice of sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
