Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Buns
While the chicken is resting, slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Layer with lettuce leaves, followed by the sliced grilled chicken, and top with tomato slices. Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich.
