Main Ingredients

Honey Sriracha Glaze

Method

Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. If the sprouts are large, cut them in half.

  3. 3

    Toss with Seasoning

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Making the Glaze

  1. 4

    Mix Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.

Roasting

  1. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. 6

    Roast Brussels Sprouts

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.

  3. 7

    Add Glaze

Once roasted, remove from the oven and drizzle the honey sriracha glaze over the Brussels sprouts. Toss to coat evenly.

  4. 8

    Final Roast

Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your crispy Brussels sprouts!
