Method
Preparing the Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve a crispy texture.
- 3
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Sauce
- 5
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Preparing Celery and Dressing
- 6
Cut Celery
While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks.
- 7
Make Blue Cheese Dressing
In a bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving
- 8
Plate the Dish
Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
