Cauliflower

Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to the cauliflower florets. Toss well until the florets are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle buffalo sauce over the florets. Gently toss to coat the cauliflower evenly with the sauce.

  6. 6

    Return to Oven

Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.

Making the Ranch Dressing

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Mix Well

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 9

    Chill the Dressing

Cover the ranch dressing with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
