Burger Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the North Country bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Form the Patties
Divide the black Angus ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger
On the focaccia bun, layer lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles.
Truffle Fries Preparation

Cook the Fries
Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.

Season the Fries
Drizzle the hot fries with truffle oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to combine.
Truffle Ketchup Preparation

Mix Ketchup
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup with truffle oil until well combined.
