Garlic Knots

Method

Garlic Knots Preparation

1

Prepare the Dough

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.

2

Form the Knots

Take each strip and tie it into a knot. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

4

Bake the Knots

Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Beef Burgers Preparation

5

Shape the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

6

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

7

Add Cheese

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Sliders

8

Prepare the Sliders

Slice the garlic knots in half horizontally. Place a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, a slice of tomato, and red onion on the bottom half of each garlic knot.

9

Add Condiments

Top with ketchup and mustard to taste, and place the top half of the garlic knot on the sliders.
