    Prepare the Caper-Dill Olive Oil

    In a small bowl, mix together the capers, fresh dill, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

    Prepare the Cream Cheese

    In another bowl, soften the cream cheese with a fork until it becomes spreadable. You can add a little bit of water or milk if you want a creamier consistency.

    Assemble the Lavash Rolls

    Lay out a sheet of lavash bread. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over the surface, then add slices of smoked salmon on top. Drizzle some of the caper-dill olive oil mixture over the salmon.

    Roll and Serve

    Starting from one end, carefully roll the lavash tightly to form a wrap. Slice it into bite-sized pieces or serve whole. Repeat with the second sheet of lavash.
