Pasta Preparation
- 1
Make the Pasta Dough

Roll the Dough
Cut the dough into quarters. Roll out each quarter into thin sheets using a pasta machine or rolling pin. Cut into pappardelle strips (about 1 inch wide).

Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add lobster, scallops, and shrimp. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until opaque and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sherry wine and let simmer for 2 minutes to reduce. Add heavy cream, anise seeds, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until thickened.
