Casserole Preparation
Boil Sweet Potatoes
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
Mash Sweet Potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth.
Mix in Remaining Ingredients
Add butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
Transfer to Baking Dish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Crumble Topping Preparation
Prepare Crumble Topping
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
Top Casserole
Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
