    In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

    In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.
