Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine the spinach mix and romaine lettuce. Toss gently to mix.

Add Vegetables
Dice the sweet red bell pepper and finely slice the red onion. Add both to the salad base and toss gently.

Add Fruits
Wash the fresh strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them. Add the strawberries to the salad and gently toss to combine.

Add Cheese
Grate or crumble the asiago cheese and sprinkle it over the salad. Toss lightly to distribute the cheese evenly.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.
