Shrimp Preparation

Cook the Shrimp
Boil the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Cool the Shrimp
Remove the shrimp from boiling water and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them chill for about 5 minutes.

Mix the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until well mixed.
Plating

Arrange the Shrimp
On a serving platter, arrange the chilled shrimp around a small bowl of cocktail sauce.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill sprigs.
