Preparation of Chicken
Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken breasts and patting them dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor.

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C).

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
