Method
Prepare Tortilla Bowls

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush Tortillas
Using a pastry brush, lightly coat both sides of each flour tortilla with olive oil.

Shape Tortillas
Drape the tortillas over the backs of oven-safe bowls or muffin tins to form a bowl shape.

Bake Tortillas
Place the shaped tortillas in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove and let cool.
Cook Ground Beef

Brown Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasoning
Stir in the taco seasoning and water, mixing well. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Assemble Salad

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the romaine lettuce, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Top and Serve

Fill Tortilla Bowls
Spoon the ground beef mixture into the bottom of each tortilla bowl.

Top the beef with the prepared salad mixture.

Finish by adding shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, sliced jalapeños, and fresh cilantro on top.
