Method
Potato Dippers
- 1
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips or wedges to resemble dippers.
- 2
Season the Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Dippers
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potato dippers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Chili-Cheese Sauce
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chili beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, and salt.
- 5
Melt and Stir
Stir the mixture continuously until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Chipotle-Ranch Dressing
- 6
Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- 7
Blend Well
Whisk the dressing until fully blended. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
