Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the garlic bread.

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley and salt. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Slice the Bread
Carefully slice the French bread in half lengthwise, creating two long pieces.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic buttered bread halves, followed by a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Baking

Bake the Bread
Place the prepared garlic bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
