Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure the cauliflower bites become crispy.

Prepare Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Whisk until smooth.

Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring each piece is fully coated, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the olive oil over the coated cauliflower bites.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
