Prepare the Prawns
Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Mix the Spices
In a bowl, mix the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add the prawns to the spice mix and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomatoes
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add the Marinated Prawns
Add the marinated prawns to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are cooked through and turn pink.

Finish with Garam Masala
Sprinkle garam masala over the prawns and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot with rice or naan.
