Prepare the Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

Prepare the Tomato Puree
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then peel and blend them to make a smooth puree.

Cook the Tomato Puree
Add the tomato puree and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add Spices
Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Paneer and Cream
Gently add the paneer cubes and slit green chilies to the sauce. Pour in the cream and mix gently to coat the paneer. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice.
