Method

Chicken Tandoori

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil. Mix well to form a marinade.

  2. 2

    Coat the chicken

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Cook the chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.

Lamb Kabab

  1. 4

    Prepare the mixture

In a bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and oil. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

  2. 5

    Form the kababs

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into long kebabs around the soaked skewers.

  3. 6

    Cook the kababs

Grill the kababs over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Chicken Tikka

  1. 7

    Marinate the chicken

In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to create a marinade.

  2. 8

    Coat the chicken

Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. 9

    Cook the chicken

Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken pieces for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

Seekh Kabab

  1. 10

    Prepare the mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or lamb, grated onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped cilantro, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  2. 11

    Shape the kababs

Take small portions of the mixture and mold them onto the soaked skewers, forming long sausages.

  3. 12

    Cook the kababs

Grill the seekh kababs on medium-high heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly cooked and browned.
