Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- 2
Marinate the Meat
Add the boneless lamb or beef pieces to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
- 3
Cook the Meat
Preheat the tandoor or oven to high heat. Cook the marinated meat for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Onions and Bell Peppers
In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Add diced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until they soften.
- 5
Combine with Cream
Lower the heat and add the cooked meat to the skillet. Pour in the cream and mix well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
