Preparing the Cauliflower

Prepare the Cauliflower
Clean and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a towel.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water and mix until you get a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Cauliflower
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the battered cauliflower in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Combine Cauliflower and Sauce
Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
