Preparation of Goat Meat

Marinate the Goat
In a bowl, combine the goat meat with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Add Bone Broth
Pour in the bone broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 1 hour.
Cooking Rice

Prepare Rice
Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak for 20 minutes, then drain.

Combine Rice and Goat
Once the goat meat is tender, add the soaked rice to the pot. Stir gently to combine.

Cook Rice
Cover the pot and let the rice cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Preparing Raita

Mix Raita Ingredients
In a bowl, mix yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
