Preparation of Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken breast pieces with garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the Chicken
In another bowl, mix cornstarch and all-purpose flour. Take the marinated chicken pieces and coat them in the flour mixture, ensuring that each piece is well covered.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken pieces in batches and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
