Lobster

Method

Lobster Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Lobster

Rinse the lobster under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over it.

  4. 4

    Roast Lobster

Place the lobster on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the shell is bright red and the meat is opaque.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Garlic Noodles Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook Noodles

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 7

    Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 8

    Combine Noodles and Sauce

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, along with soy sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine thoroughly and heat through.

  4. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Chop the green onions and sprinkle over the noodles before serving. Adjust salt to taste.
