Coffee

Salted Cream

Method

Brew Coffee

1

Prepare the coffee

Place the Vietnamese coffee grounds into a phin (Vietnamese coffee filter). Pour hot water over the grounds, allowing it to drip through into a cup or carafe. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Once brewed, set aside.

Prepare Salted Cream

2

Make the salted cream

In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth. You can use a hand whisk or an electric mixer for this step.

Assemble Drink

3

Combine ingredients

In a tall glass, add ice cubes to fill it halfway. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, followed by the brewed Vietnamese coffee. Stir gently to combine.

4

Top with salted cream

Spoon the salted cream mixture on top of the coffee. You can swirl it in or leave it layered for a beautiful presentation.
