2. Prepare the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap each bulb in aluminum foil.
3. Roast the Garlic
Place the wrapped garlic bulbs on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cloves are soft and caramelized. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before squeezing out the soft garlic.
Making AN's Secret Sauce
4. Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, sriracha, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well combined.
5. Heat the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sauce mixture. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combining Everything
6. Mix Noodles with Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the roasted garlic (squeezed from the bulbs) and the prepared AN's secret sauce. Toss well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated.
7. Serve
