Water Base

Flavor Add-ins

Method

Water Base

  1. 1

    Pour filtered water

Start with 2,000 ml of freshly filtered, cool water. Pour the water into the large glass pitcher and place the pitcher on a clean, flat surface.

Crystal & Infusion Method

  1. 2

Choose infusion method (direct or indirect)

Decide whether to use direct or indirect crystal infusion. Use direct infusion only if your crystal is water-safe (e.g., clear quartz, amethyst, rose quartz). If unsure or the crystal is soft/dissolving (selenite, malachite, pyrite, etc.), use the indirect method (place crystal inside the small airtight glass vial/jar and seal it).

  2. 3

    Cleanse the crystal

Rinse the crystal briefly under cool running water for 10–30 seconds, then pat dry with a clean towel. If using the sealed-vial method, rinse and dry the crystal before placing it in the vial and sealing the lid tightly.

  3. 4

    Place crystal in pitcher

Direct method: gently place the cleaned, water-safe tumbled crystal into the pitcher so it sits fully submerged. Indirect method: place the sealed vial/jar with the crystal into the pitcher and ensure the vial is upright and sealed to prevent any contact between the crystal and the water.

  4. 5

    Charge and set infusion

Optionally set an intention (calm, clarity, energy) for the infusion. Cover the pitcher with its lid and refrigerate. For a light infusion, chill 2–4 hours. For stronger energetic and flavor infusion, refrigerate 4–8 hours or overnight. Recommended: 4 hours for retreat serving.

Flavor Add-ins

  1. 6

    Prepare produce

On the cutting board with the knife, thinly slice the half cucumber into rounds and the lemon into thin wheels. Gently bruise the mint sprigs by clapping them between your palms or pressing lightly with the back of the knife to release oils.

  2. 7

    Add flavor to pitcher

When you place the crystal (or vial) into the pitcher or before sealing the lid, add the cucumber slices, lemon wheels, and bruised mint sprigs to the water around the crystal (or vial). Gently stir once with a clean spoon to distribute flavors, being careful not to tap or damage the crystal if it's submerged.

Garnish & Serving

  1. 8

    Strain (optional) and prepare glasses

After the desired infusion time (recommended 4 hours), remove the crystal (or sealed vial) from the pitcher and set it aside on a clean towel. If you prefer a clear pour, place the fine-mesh strainer over a serving pitcher or directly over glasses and pour the infused water through it to catch small bits of mint or seeds.

  2. 9

    Add ice and garnish

Add ice to each serving glass to taste. Pour the infused water into glasses. Add a cucumber or lemon slice to each glass as a garnish and a small mint sprig on top for aroma.

  3. 10

    Serve with guidance

Serve chilled. Before drinking, invite guests to set a short intention or take three slow breaths to connect with the infusion. Store leftover infused water refrigerated for up to 48 hours; discard if the flavor becomes overly strong or cloudy.

Equipment

  1. 11

Clean all equipment before and after use. Use the cutting board and knife to prepare produce, the fine-mesh strainer to remove solids if desired, the small sealed vial for indirect infusion when needed, and the large glass pitcher for the infusion and refrigeration.
