Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Amador Bourbon, Amaretto, Sweet and Sour Mix, and a splash of soda water. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Top with Soda
Top off the drink with the remaining soda water and gently stir to combine.
