Cobbler Directions

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Prepare the Pan

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

3

Melt Butter

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

4

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

5

Combine Ingredients

Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

6

Add Pecans

Fold in the pecans gently into the batter.

7

Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8

Serve

Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with ice cream.
