Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the top sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add diced onions and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are softened. Add diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burritos

Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a plate. Layer the sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

  5. 5

    Serve

Cut the burrito in half and serve warm with your choice of salsa or hot sauce.
