Prepare the Boil

In a large pot, bring the water to a rolling boil. Add the crawfish boil seasoning, salt, and cayenne pepper to the boiling water.

Add Aromatics

Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the pot and then add the lemon halves. Add the garlic cloves, onions, and bay leaves to the pot.

Cook Vegetables

Add the potatoes and corn to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Crawfish and Sausage

Add the live crawfish and andouille sausage to the pot. Stir well and cover.

Boil the Crawfish

Allow the crawfish to boil for about 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red. Turn off the heat and let them soak in the seasoned water for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve

Drain the crawfish and vegetables. Serve hot on a large platter and enjoy!
