Cooking Instructions
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Combine Ingredients
Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add Crawfish
Add the cooked crawfish tails to the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Toss the Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the sauce, and toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
