Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

Prepare the Bread
In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and melted butter. Toss to coat the bread evenly.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brandy until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the buttered bread cubes. Gently fold the mixture until the bread is well soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve the warm bread pudding with sabayon sauce, fresh blackberries, and whipped cream.
