1. Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the head-on shrimp under cold running water to remove any debris or sand. Pat them dry with paper towels.

2. Chop Garlic

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

3. Chop Parsley

Rinse the parsley under cold water, shake off excess water, and chop it coarsely.

4. Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

5. Cook the Shrimp

Add the head-on shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
