Method

Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Loin

Trim excess fat from the pork loin and slice it into 1-inch thick medallions.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Beef Brisket

Trim the brisket of excess fat and slice it against the grain into 1-inch thick slices.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Pork Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut them into individual ribs or leave them whole.

Marinating

  1. 4

    Make the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

  2. 5

    Marinate the Meats

Place the sliced pork, beef, and ribs into the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for best flavor.

Cooking

  1. 6

    Grill the Meats

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the meats from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off. Grill each type of meat for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and charred to your liking.

  2. 7

    Rest the Meats

Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Conglomeration Platter

Arrange the sliced pork, beef, and ribs on a large serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
