Preparation of Meats

Prepare the Pork Loin
Trim excess fat from the pork loin and slice it into 1-inch thick medallions.

Prepare the Beef Brisket
Trim the brisket of excess fat and slice it against the grain into 1-inch thick slices.

Prepare the Pork Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut them into individual ribs or leave them whole.
Marinating

Make the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

Marinate the Meats
Place the sliced pork, beef, and ribs into the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for best flavor.

Rest the Meats
Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Plate the Conglomeration Platter
Arrange the sliced pork, beef, and ribs on a large serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
