Brisket Preparation

Season the Brisket
Rub the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika evenly on all sides.

Marinate
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned brisket and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the Brisket
Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for approximately 1.5 hours per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Rest the Brisket
Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the coleslaw is evenly coated.

In a small pot, heat the baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
