Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure crispy wings.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well coated.

Arrange Wings
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.

Cook the Sauce
Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture starts to simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the BBQ sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
