Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and rub the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly all over the meat.

Slow Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Pour the apple cider vinegar over the top, cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork shoulder from the slow cooker. Let it rest for a few minutes, then shred the meat using two forks.

Add BBQ Sauce
Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. Return it to the slow cooker and let it warm for an additional 30 minutes.

Prepare Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

In a pot, combine canned baked beans with brown sugar, BBQ sauce, and diced onions. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until heated through.
