Combine Base Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and honey. Whisk together until well mixed and smooth.

Add Spices
Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Cooking

Simmer the Sauce
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Allow to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Cool and Store
Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
