Preparation of Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

Grill the Chicken
Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.

Prepare the Corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn on the cob and boil for about 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Make the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.

On a large platter, arrange grilled chicken thighs, corn on the cob, and a generous serving of coleslaw. Optionally, serve with a glass of white wine.
