Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream and whip it using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Mix Mascarpone and Sugar
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew the Coffee
Brew 300 ml of espresso coffee and let it cool slightly. If using, add the coffee liqueur to the coffee and stir to combine.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the coffee mixture. Ensure they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a rectangular dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone layer, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill the Dessert
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve. Cut into squares and enjoy your Tiramisu!
