Preparing the Grilled Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Preparing the Lemon Butter Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Finish with Parsley
Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Set aside.
Serving

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place the grilled salmon fillet, add a serving of sautéed seasonal vegetables, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.
