Pork Tenderloin and Toppings

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Pound the pork tenderloin to an even thickness of about 1 inch. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Apply Santa Fe Butter

Spread the Santa Fe butter evenly over both sides of the pounded pork tenderloin.

  3. 3

    Grill the Pork

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns and Toppings

While the pork is grilling, slice the tomato, onion, and prepare the lettuce and pickles.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Once the pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips. Place the sliced pork on the toasted buns, and top with tomato, pickles, onion, and lettuce.
