Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fan. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell, keeping it attached at the tail end.
- 2
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- 3
Bake the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 4
Garnish and Serve
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
